Ingredients:
1 eachOnion, Large, Finely Chopped
1 eachJalapeno Chile, **
2 tbspVegetable Oil
1/4 tbspSalt
4 eachPoblano Chiles, *
1 eachClove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1/2 cupWhipping Cream
Procedures:
1* poblano chiles should be roasted, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped.
2There should be about ?cup.
3** jalepeno chile should be seeded and finely chopped.
4~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- cook onion, chilies, and garlic in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 8 minutes.
5Stir in whipping cream and salt.
