Ingredients:
| | 2 ea Cloves garlic | | | 1 ea Fresh hot chili pepper | | | -finely chopped | | 4

| tbsp | Fish sauce | | 5

| tbsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine ingredients in a clean jar. | | 2 | Mix until sugar is dissolved. | | 3 | This sauce will keep in the refrigerator for about a month or so. | | 4 | Good sprinkled as a condiment on fish, chicken, pork or as a dipping sauce for lumpia, eggrolls, wonton, etc. | | 5 | I"ve also used this as a dressing for a basil, mint and beansprout salad. | | 6 | Nuoc cham (vietnamese "multi-purpose" sauce) |
