Ingredients:
2 ea Cloves garlic
1 ea Fresh hot chili pepper
-finely chopped
4 tbspWhite sugar
2 tbspFish sauce
5 tbspWater
1 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Combine ingredients in a clean jar.
2Mix until sugar is dissolved.
3This sauce will keep in the refrigerator for about a month or so.
4Good sprinkled as a condiment on fish, chicken, pork or as a dipping sauce for lumpia, eggrolls, wonton, etc.
5I"ve also used this as a dressing for a basil, mint and beansprout salad.
