Ingredients:
1 cupCelery, chopped
1 cupCarrot, chopped
1 cupBell pepper, chopped
1 cupOnion, chopped
2 tbspVegetable oil
6 cupChicken broth
4 Johnsonville beer bratwurst
--- cut in ? rounds
1 tspSalt, to taste
1/2 tspBlack pepper, to taste
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspTabasco brand jalapeno sauce
1 cupMonterey jack cheese
-shredded
2 tbspFlour
1 Jack daniel's lager beer
Procedures:
1Recipe by: charles preparation time: 1:30 in a large soup pot, saute the veges in oil until lightly browned.
2Add= the chicken broth; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until c= arrots are almost tender.

4Add the bratwurst, salt, pepp= er, worcestershire sauce, and tabasc o jalapeno sauce; return to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minute= s.
5Stir together the cheese and flour; add to the simmering soup, whisking= to distribute thoroughly.
6Increase heat and bring barely to boil, stirri= ng constantly.
7Add the jack daniel"s lager beer.
