Ingredients:
Firm red tomatoes (or canned -tomatoes without seasonings
Procedures:
1Quarter the tomatoes.
2Place in large kettle.
3Push down with hands or back of spoon to render some juice.
4Bake at 325 degrees until soft pulp remains.
5Spoon into blender.
6Blend until smooth.
7Seal in sterilized jars or freeze.
8Note: freeze in a ice cube trays.
9I think 2 cubes is about ?cup.
