Warm tomato-pepper sauce, california style pa

Ingredients:
2 1/2 quartRed bell peppers -- chopped
5 cupThinly sliced green onions
3 tbspMinced garlic
1/3 cupOlive oil
8 quartTomatoes -- seeded and
Diced
1 2/3 cupGrated parmesan cheese
1 cupBlack pepper
2 1/2 tspCayenne pepper
3 lbsCooked pasta -- penne
Procedures:
1Saut?peppers, onions and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium high heat until vegetables are tender-crisp.
2Stir in tomatoes; cook over high heat until sauce thickens, 10-15 minutes.
3Stir in remaining ingredients except pasta.
4Serve.
