Barbequed pork ribs/ currant glaze

Ingredients:
1 tspGround ginger
1 tspGround coriander
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspPepper
1 tspSalt
3 lbsPork loin back ribs or
1 1/2 lbsSpareribs
GLAZE
1/2 cupRed currant jelly
3 tbspOrange juice
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspDijon mustard
Thin orange slices, garnish
Procedures:
1Combine the first five ingredients and rub onth the meaty side of the ribs.
2Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3An hour or so before serving, start cooking ribs 10 to 12" from coals (or under broiler) turning from time to time.
4Pork will take 60 to 70 minutes to cook depending on the thickness.
5Meanwhile, heat to combine red currant jelly, orange and lemon juice with mustard.
6Brush ribs with the glaze during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
7Garnish with orange slices
