Samosa khol (pastry dough)

Ingredients:
3 tbspGhee*
1 cupWhole-wheat flour
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchBaking powder
Water, as necessary
Procedures:
1Rub the ghee into the flour.
2Stir in salt & baking powder & continue to rub until you have a crumbly texture.
3Gradually add water as necessary & knead into a stiff but pliable dough.
4Divide dough into four equal portions & shape into a ball.
5Flatten each portion & then roll out into a thin, round disk.
6Cut each disk in half & set aside, covered with a damp towel until until the filling is ready.
