Ingredients:
1 quartCut up rhubarb
1 quartCut up onions
1 pintVinegar
4 cupBrown sugar
1 tspEach: mustard seed, allspic
Cinnamon and cloves
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
Procedures:
1Boil rhubard, onions and vinegar together until soft, then add the brown sugar and spices.
2Boil slowly until thick, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.
3Bottle in sterilized jars and seal immediately.
4Excellent with game - also with hamburgers or meat loaf.
