Ingredients:
1/2 cupMoong dal
1/2 cupUrad dal
1 Onion
2 tspCoriander
1 Green chili
1/2 tspChili powder
1 tspSalt
1 tspGinger
1/4 tspBaking soda
Procedures:
1Soak urad dal and moong dal for 2-3 hours.
2Grind dals into a coarse paste.
3Add finely chopped onion, salt, coriander powder, chili powder or green chili, ginger and soda.
4Mix well and set aside for 4-5 minutes.
5Fry small spoonfuls of the mixture in hot oil.
