Ingredients:

| | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 2
| tbsp | Oil, vegetable | | 1
| cup | Water | | 2
| | Chilies, red, hot, chop fine | | 2
| tbsp | Lime juice, fresh | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tbsp | Sugar, brown | | 1/2
| tsp | Shrimp paste (Kapi) | | 1
| cup | Peanut butter, smooth | | 1
| can | Coconut milk (14oz) |

Procedures:
