Ingredients:

| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Orange juice concentrate | | 2
| | Scallions, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Coriander leaves. |

Procedures:
| 1 | Fry onion and garlic until golden. | | 2 | Add hot pepper flakes. | | 3 | Leave on burner but turn off heat. | | 4 | Boil rest of ingredients together. | | 5 | When the mixture comes to a boil, add the onion mixture. | | 6 | Serve immediately |
