Ingredients:
6 Large garlic cloves
2 Medium onions
1 tbspKapee or minced dried
-shrimp soaked in sherry
5 Large dried hot peppers
2 tbspOrange juice concentrate
Procedures:
1Dry roast garlic and onion until skins are dark.
2Peel and chop.
3Put kapee into aluminum foil and dry fry packet for 2 min on each side; remove from foil.
4Grind all ingredients together
