Ingredients:
1/2 lbsSnowpeas, trimmed
1 tbspWater
1 tbspVegetable oil
2 tspMinced garlic
1 tspMinced fresh ginger
1/4 tspGround red pepper
1 lbsMedium shrimp, peeled
-deveined
3/4 cupUnsweetened coconut milk *
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspGrated lime peel
Lime slices for garnish
Procedures:
