Ingredients:

| cup | Cooked chicken | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Egg beaters substitute | | 2
| cup | Cooked rice | | 1/4
| cup | Soy sauce | | 2
| each | Green onions, finely chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Fresh or cooked peas |

Procedures:
| 1 | Use ham, pork, turkey, seafood, rattlesnake, or wieners instead of chicken. | | 2 | Cut meat into very small pieces. | | 3 | Melt butter in frying pan or wok. | | 4 | Add beaten eggs and stir to keep cooked egg pieces small. | | 5 | Stir in rice and meat, mixing thoroughly. | | 6 | Add soy sauce and stir until color of rice is fairly uniform. | | 7 | Add vegetables and continue to cook until heated through. | | 8 | Meat and vegetables are optional. | | 9 | You may add several kinds or leave out all together. | | 10 | Serves 4 |
