Ingredients:
1/2 cupCooked chicken
2 tbspButter
1/2 cupEgg beaters substitute
2 cupCooked rice
1/4 cupSoy sauce
2 eachGreen onions, finely chopped
1/2 cupFresh or cooked peas
Procedures:
1Use ham, pork, turkey, seafood, rattlesnake, or wieners instead of chicken.
2Cut meat into very small pieces.
3Melt butter in frying pan or wok.
4Add beaten eggs and stir to keep cooked egg pieces small.
5Stir in rice and meat, mixing thoroughly.
6Add soy sauce and stir until color of rice is fairly uniform.
7Add vegetables and continue to cook until heated through.
8Meat and vegetables are optional.
9You may add several kinds or leave out all together.
