Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupMINUTE RICE
1 1/2 cupWATER
2 tbspCHICKEN BROTH, JAMESON'S
1 eachMEDIUM TOMATO, CHOPPED
1 eachMEDIUM GREEN PEPPER, CHOPPED
2 tspGARLIC POWDER
1 tspONION POWDER
1 tspPAPRIKA
3 tspLEMON JUICE
1/4 cupCATSUP
Procedures:
1In a microwavable dish, place the water, green pepper and chicken broth mix.
2Bring to a boil, with microwave on high.
3When boiling, add rice.
4Microwave for 6 minutes.
5Add tomato and spices.
6Stir to mix.
7Add catsup and stir.
8Microwave for 4 minutes.
9Add lemon juice.
10Stir to mix well.
11Microwave for one to 2 minutes more.
12Makes about four ?cup servings.
13Each serving = 10 % calories from fat
