Procedures:
| 1 | In a microwavable dish, place the water, green pepper and chicken broth mix. | | 2 | Bring to a boil, with microwave on high. | | 3 | When boiling, add rice. | | 4 | Microwave for 6 minutes. | | 5 | Add tomato and spices. | | 6 | Stir to mix. | | 7 | Add catsup and stir. | | 8 | Microwave for 4 minutes. | | 9 | Add lemon juice. | | 10 | Stir to mix well. | | 11 | Microwave for one to 2 minutes more. | | 12 | Makes about four ?cup servings. | | 13 | Each serving = 10 % calories from fat |
