| | Pork chops, trimmed of fat | | 1
| large | Onion, sliced thickly | | 3
| tbsp | Chili powder | | 1
| | Green bell pepper, chopped | | 1
| cup | Rice, uncooked | | 8
| oz | Tomato sauce | | 1 1/2
| cup | Water | | 2
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: unknown brown pork chops in vegetable stock. | | 2 | Remove and refrigerate. | | 3 | Brown onion slices on both sides. | | 4 | Remove and refrigerate. | | 5 | Cook chili powder for 2 minutes then add remaining ingredients. | | 6 | Pour into casserole. | | 7 | Put pork chops on top of rice and put a slice of onion on top of each pork chop. | | 8 | Cover. | | 9 | Bake for 1-1 ?hours in a 350 degree oven |
