Ingredients:
| 1
| can | Chicken Broth | | 1/2
| cup | Vegetable Oil | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| cup | Diced Cooked Poultry or Pork | | 1/4
| lbs | Fresh Mushrooms | | 2
| oz | Jar Pimento, sliced or diced | | 1
| cup | Rice, raw | | 2
| tbsp | Soy Sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Toasted Sesame Seeds | | 1/4
| lbs | Fresh Bean Sprouts | | 4
| | Green Onions with tops |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice mushrooms and onions. | | 2 | Drain pimento. | | 3 | Add enough water to broth to make 2 ?cups. | | 4 | Bring to a boil in a medium saucepan. | | 5 | Stir in rice. | | 6 | Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes. | | 7 | Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until all liquid is absorbed; about 5 minutes. | | 8 | Transfer rice to large bowl. | | 9 | Combine oil, soy sauce, salt and sesame seeds (optional); mix well. | | 10 | Stir into hot, cooked rice. | | 11 | Cover and chill. | | 12 | Stir in remaining ingredients before serving |
