Oriental rice salad

Ingredients:
1 canChicken Broth
1/2 cupVegetable Oil
1/2 tspSalt
2 cupDiced Cooked Poultry or Pork
1/4 lbsFresh Mushrooms
2 ozJar Pimento, sliced or diced
1 cupRice, raw
2 tbspSoy Sauce
2 tbspToasted Sesame Seeds
1/4 lbsFresh Bean Sprouts
4 Green Onions with tops
Procedures:
1Slice mushrooms and onions.
2Drain pimento.
3Add enough water to broth to make 2 ?cups.
4Bring to a boil in a medium saucepan.
5Stir in rice.
6Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes.
7Remove from heat and let stand, covered, until all liquid is absorbed; about 5 minutes.
8Transfer rice to large bowl.
9Combine oil, soy sauce, salt and sesame seeds (optional); mix well.
10Stir into hot, cooked rice.
11Cover and chill.
12Stir in remaining ingredients before serving
