Ingredients:
8 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbspPepper, white, ground
1/2 cupCoriander, chopped fine
1 tspSalt
1 tspCoriander, ground
1 tbspRed chili flakes
2 tbspLime juice
4 lbsChicken drumsticks
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients thoroughly, coating the drumsticks on all surfaces.
2Marinate 30 minutes or better yet, overnight in the refridgerator.
3Barbecue over moderate charcoal fire for 30 minutes or until well-cooked on both sides.
4Serve with nam prik dang
