Glutinous rice & bananas

Ingredients:
3 cupGlutinous rice
1 cupAdzuki beans, soaked
3 cupCococnut milk
2 tspSalt
2/3 cupSugar
5 eachBananas
20 each6" X 8" pieces of foil
Procedures:
1Wash the rice.
2Cover with 10 c water & soak for at least 6 hours or overnight.
3Drain simmer adzuki beans in 3 c water over medium heat for 40 minutes.
4Cook until they are tender but not mushy.
5Put coconut milk in a large pot.
6Add salt & sugar & bring to a boil over medium heat.
7Add the rice & cook, stirring constantly, until all the milk has been absorbed.
8Cut bananas in half lengthwise then cut in half crosswise.
9Put 2 tb rice in the middle of each peice of foil.
10Flatten & place a banana quarter on top.
11Arrange adzuki beans around the edges.
12Cover with another 2 tb rice.
13Flatten to cover the banana.
14Bring two long sides of the foil up to meet above the rice.
15Fold twice & press down on the rice.
16Steam over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
17Serve warm or at room temperature still in wrapper
