Savory rice and spinach

Ingredients:
FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
1 medOnion, diced
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 1/2 cupRice, uncooked
6 Chicken bouillon cubes
3 cup-water, boiling
1/2 tspSage
10 ozSpinch, frozen, part-thawed
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Saute" onion in oil.
3Add rice.
4Saute" 2-3 minutes, stirring well.
5Transfer to a 1 ?quart casserole.
6Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add sage.
7Pour over rice.
8Place spinach on top of rice.
9Bake covered at 375 °F for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
10When done, gently stir spinach into rice
