Ingredients:
1 lbsShrimp, cooked, peeled, and
-deveined
2 cupRice, cooked
1/4 cupCelery, thinly sliced
1/4 cupOlives, stuffed, sliced
1/4 cupPepper, green, chopped
1/4 cupPimiento, chopped
1/4 cupOnion, minced
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
3 tbspMayonnaise
Lettuce
2 Tomatoes, cut in wedges
Celery leaves
French dressing, commercial
Procedures:
1Combine first 10 ingredients, and toss lightly.
2Chill thoroughly.
3Serve on lettuce, and garnish with tomat wedges and celery leaves.
