Shrimp rice casserole

Ingredients:
2 lbsShrimp
1 Onion, chopped
2 Celery ribs, chopped
Garlic to taste
1 tbspButter
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1/2 tbspLemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cupRice, cooked
1/2 cupSour cream
3/4 cupCheese, grated
Green pepper rings
Procedures:
1Boil shrimp and peel, devein, and cut into bite sized pieces.
2Saute onion, celery, and garlic in butter.
3Do not brown.
4Add soup, lemon juice, and seasoning.
5Fold in rice and shrimp.
6Then fold in sour cream and pour into buttered casserole dish.
7Sprinkle with cheese and decorate with pepper rings.
8Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes
