Ingredients:

| lbs | Shrimp | | 1
| | Onion, chopped | | 2
| | Celery ribs, chopped | | | Garlic to taste | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| can | Cream of mushroom soup | | 1/2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | | Salt and pepper to taste | | 1 1/2
| cup | Rice, cooked | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 3/4
| cup | Cheese, grated | | | Green pepper rings |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil shrimp and peel, devein, and cut into bite sized pieces. | | 2 | Saute onion, celery, and garlic in butter. | | 3 | Do not brown. | | 4 | Add soup, lemon juice, and seasoning. | | 5 | Fold in rice and shrimp. | | 6 | Then fold in sour cream and pour into buttered casserole dish. | | 7 | Sprinkle with cheese and decorate with pepper rings. | | 8 | Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes |
