Ingredients:

| lbs | Spaghetti, thin | | 1/2
| tsp | Olive oil | | 1/2
| cup | Onions -- chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Bell peppers -- chooped | | 1
| | Clove garlic -- minced | | 1/2
| lbs | Ground chicken breast | | | Skinless -- cooked | | 14 1/2
| oz | Crushed tomatoes | | 1
| tbsp | Basil | | 1
| tsp | Oregano | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/8
| tsp | Red pepper flakes | | 2
| tbsp | Fat-free parmesan cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. | | 2 | In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. | | 3 | Add onions, bell peppers, garlic, and chicken. | | 4 | Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. | | 5 | Stir in crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. | | 6 | Cook 2 minutes longer. | | 7 | Add spaghetti and toss to coat well. | | 8 | Sprinkle with parmesan cheese |
