Ingredients:

| oz | Pkg. frozen broccoli | | 10
| oz | Pkg. frozen cauliflower | | 10
| oz | Pkg. frozen carrots | | 8
| oz | Cheez Whiz | | 1
| cup | Cooked rice | | 1
| can | Cream of Mushroom soup | | 1
| can | Cream of Chicken soup | | 2/3
| cup | Milk | | 1
| | Onion | | | Bread crumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook vegetables in boiling water about 4 minutes. | | 2 | Drain and place in a 9x13-inch baking dish. | | 3 | Mix soups, rice, milk and cheez whiz together. | | 4 | Pour over vegetables. | | 5 | Sprinkle with salt. | | 6 | Slice one raw onion over top. | | 7 | Garnish with bread crumbs. | | 8 | Bake, covered, at 350 °F for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly |
