| 1 | Peel and grate cassava. |

| 5 | Mix well and place in a pan or bibinka mold lined with banana leaves. |
| 6 | Bake until half done. |
| 7 | Brush with coconut cream. |
| 8 | Sprinkle with grated cheese or strips of local cottage cheese. |
| 9 | Brown top under hot cover or oven broiler. |
