London broil with grainy mustard marinade

Ingredients:
2 lbsTop round steak -- trimmed
Fat
3 tbspDijon mustard -- country
Style
2 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
1 tbspSoy sauce, low sodium
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic -- crushed
1 tbspFresh ginger root -- peel &
Finely chop
1/2 tspFresh ground black pepper
Procedures:
1Place steak in large glass baking dish.
2In small bowl combine mustard, oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper; using wire whisk or fork, beat well to blend.
3Pour mixture over steak; turn meat several times to coat well with marinade.
4Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes, turning once or twice.
5Meanwhile heat broiler.
6Remove steak from marinade, reserving marinade; place on rack in broiler pan.
7Broil, 3 to 4 inches form heat source, about 7 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until to desired doneness.
8Brush with remaining marinade after turning.
9Transfer steak to serving platter; let stand about 5 minutes before slicing.
10Seve steak cut into thin slices on the diagonal
