Cheese cake, white chocolate

Ingredients:
3/4 cupBlanched almonds, ground
3/4 cupQuick oats, uncooked
3/4 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cup+2 T butter, melted
2 pack(8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cupSugar
16 ozSour cream
1 tspVanilla extract
8 ozWhite chocolate, melted
4 Egg whites
1/8 tspCream of tartar
1 tbspPowdered sugar
Procedures:
1Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; blend well.
2Press into bottom and 2" up sides of 10" spring form pan.
3Bake at 350°F for 5 min. cool.
4Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar; beat at medium speed until fluffy.
5Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well.
6Stir in melted white chocolate.
7Beat egg whites at high speed until foamy; add cream of tartar beating until soft peaks form.
8Fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture; spoon into crust.
9Bake at 325 °F for 55 minutes; turn oven off.
10Leave cheesecake in oven 30 min., open oven door and leave in an additional 30 minutes.
11Cool.
12Chill 8 hours.
13Remove from pan.
14Yield: 10 - 12 servings (from andra schabo)
15note: this take some time to put together but is well worth the effort.
