Ingredients:
| 3/4
| cup | Blanched almonds, ground | | 3/4
| cup | Quick oats, uncooked | | 3/4
| cup | Graham cracker crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | +2 T butter, melted | | 2
| pack | (8oz) cream cheese, softened | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 16
| oz | Sour cream | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 8
| oz | White chocolate, melted | | 4
| | Egg whites | | 1/8
| tsp | Cream of tartar | | 1
| tbsp | Powdered sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; blend well. | | 2 | Press into bottom and 2" up sides of 10" spring form pan. | | 3 | Bake at 350°F for 5 min. cool. | | 4 | Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar; beat at medium speed until fluffy. | | 5 | Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. | | 6 | Stir in melted white chocolate. | | 7 | Beat egg whites at high speed until foamy; add cream of tartar beating until soft peaks form. | | 8 | Fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture; spoon into crust. | | 9 | Bake at 325 °F for 55 minutes; turn oven off. | | 10 | Leave cheesecake in oven 30 min., open oven door and leave in an additional 30 minutes. | | 11 | Cool. | | 12 | Chill 8 hours. | | 13 | Remove from pan. | | 14 | Yield: 10 - 12 servings (from andra schabo) | | 15 | note: this take some time to put together but is well worth the effort. | | 16 | We always make this for holidays. |
