Procedures:
| 1 | Grease a heat-resistant, non-metallic saucer with the butter. | | 2 | Carefully break eggs onto saucer. | | 3 | Sprinkle with salt and pepper. | | 4 | Heat in microwave oven 30 seconds. | | 5 | Shake to loosen eggs from sides of saucer. | | 6 | Heat, uncovered, 30 seconds to 1 minute. | | 7 | Do not overcook as eggs will continue cooking while standing. | | 8 | Let eggs stand, covered, 1 minute to finish cooking |
