Ingredients:

| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 2 1/2
| tsp | Ground cinnamon, or 3 | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground nutmeg | | 1
| cup | Butter or margarine, soft | | 1 1/4
| cup | Granulated sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 3
| | Eggs | | 3/4
| cup | Water | | 1 1/4
| cup | Semi-sweet chocolate morsels | | | GLAZE | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 3/4
| cup | Semi-sweet chocolate morsels | | 1
| tbsp | Corn syrup |

Procedures:
| 1 | In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. | | 2 | In large mixer bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. | | 3 | Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. | | 4 | Gradually beat in dry ingredients alternately with water; stir in 1-?c morsels. | | 5 | Spoon batter into greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan. | | 6 | Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. | | 7 | Cool for 10 minutes. | | 8 | Remove from pan. | | 9 | Cool completely on wire rack. | | 10 | Glaze- in small heavy saucepan over low heat, melt ?c morsels, milk and corn syrup, stirring until smooth. | | 11 | Cool for 10 minutes; pour over cake. | | 12 | Serve with ice cream. |
