Hollandaise sauce - adventures in microwave cooking

Ingredients:
1/4 cup(?stick) butter or
Margarine
1/4 cupHalf-and-half
2 Egg yolks, beaten
1 tbspLemon juice or vinegar
1/4 tspSalt
Dash ground red pepper
Procedures:
1Melt butter in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 1 minute at high).
2Add half-and-half, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and red pepper; mix thoroughly.
3Cook uncovered 2-?minutes at medium, or until sauce is thickened; stir.
4Remove from oven and beat until light.
