Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
1 1/2 cupSugar
5 ozEvaporated milk (1 can)
2 cupMiniature marshmallows
1 Pkge semisweet chocolate
-pieces (6 ounces)
3/4 cupMacadamia nuts, chopped
1 tbspOrange-flavored liqueur
Procedures:
1Line an 8-inch square pan with foil.
2Melt butter in a glass bowl on high, 1 minute.
3Stir in sugar and milk.
4Cook on high for 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
5Add marshmallows and chocolate; stir and reheat until smooth.
6Stir in nuts and liqueur.
7Pour into prepared pan.
8Chill until firm.
9Cut into pieces.
10Makes 2 pounds.
