Ingredients:
7 ozMacaroni & cheese
1/2 Stick butter
3 tbspFlour
28 ozChicken broth
-or 3 ?cup of your own
1 cupBeer
10 ozFrozen mixed vegetables
-thawed
1 cupDiced ham
Procedures:
1In large saucepan cook the macaroni from the mix in boiling water until tender; drain & set aside.
2In the same pan, melt the butter.
3Blend in the flour & cheese sauce packet from the dinner mix.
4Gradually stir in the chicken broth & beer.
5Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly.
6Add the vegetables & ham.
7Cook & stir until heated thru.
8Stir in the cooked macaroni
