| cup | THINLY SLICED GREEN ONIONS | | 2

| cup | SKIMMED MILK, DIVIDED | | 1
| cup | SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE | | 1/4
| tsp | DRY MUSTARD | | 1/8
| tsp | PEPPER | | 1/8
| tsp | HOT SAUCE | | 4
| cup | COOKED MACARONI | | 1/4
| cup | WHOLE WHEAT BREAD CRUMBS | | 2
| tbsp | PARMESAN CHEESE | | 1/8
| tsp | PAPRIKA |

Procedures:
| 1 | Coat a sauce pan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. | | 2 | Add onions; saute 2 minutes or till tender. | | 3 | Add margarine; stir until margarine melts. | | 4 | Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. | | 5 | Gradually add 2 cups milk and cook 15 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. | | 6 | Remove from heat; add cheddar cheese stirring until cheese melts. | | 7 | Stir in ?cup milk, mustard, pepper and hot sauce. | | 8 | Combine cheese mixture with macaroni in a 1 ?quart baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray; stir well. | | 9 | Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and paprika; sprinkle over top of steak. | | 10 | Protein 7.6 / fat 4.2 / carbohydrate 16.3 / cholesterol 10 iron 0.6 / sodium 165 / calcium 190 |
