Ingredients:

| lbs | Boneless chicken breasts | | | -skinned | | | Salt and pepper | | 10
| oz | Frozen broccoli spears | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 3/4
| cup | Orange juice | | 3/4
| tsp | Marjoram leaves | | 1/2
| tsp | Ground ginger | | 11
| oz | Mandarin oranges, drained | | | Hot cooked rice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut chicken breasts, diagonally, into ? slices. | | 2 | Arrange in a circular pattern in a 9" round baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. | | 3 | Cut frozen broccoli into 2" lengths; arrange over chicken. | | 4 | Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 6 minutes. | | 5 | Move chicken and broccoli and microwave on high 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. | | 6 | Drain ?cup liquid from cooked chicken and broccoli into a 4 cup glass measure; set chicken and broccoli aside. | | 7 | Combine cornstarch, orange juice, marjoram and ginger. | | 8 | Add to reserved liquid. | | 9 | Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 3 minutes or until mixture thickens. | | 10 | Add oranges and microwave on high 1 minute. | | 11 | Arrange chicken, broccoli and rice on a serving platter; spoon sauce over top |
