Ingredients:
1 lbsFRENCH BREAD
1 1/2 lbsGROUND BEEF
1 tspSALT
1 tspOREGANO
2 eachGREEN ONIONS
8 ozTOMATO SAUCE
2 eachTOMATOES, SLICED
6 eachSLICES, AMERICAN CHEESE
6 eachSLICES, MOZZARELLA CHEESE
Procedures:
1Cut cheese slices into triangles.
2Split loaf of french bread, lengthwise.
3Place bread on baking sheet.
4In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain.
5Add salt, oregano, basil, onions and tomato sauce.
6Simmer for 5 minutes.
7Spread half the beef mixture on each piece of bread.
8Alternate cheese cheese slices and tomato on top of beef mixture.
