Rasomadhuri (fried cheese balls)

Ingredients:
1 cupRicotta cheese or home-made
1/2 cupMilk, powdered
1/4 tspCardamom, ground
Vegetable oil for frying
Procedures:
1Mix all the ingredients and knead with the palm of your hand until smooth.
2Make round balls (1 inch in diameter).
3Heat oil and brown the cheese balls.
4Drain them on a paper towel.
5Dip them in sugar syrup for 24 hours, before serving.
6sugar syrup: heat 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water in a deep pan.
7Let boil.
8Turn down heat and simmer for 10 mins.
