Ingredients:
1 lbsWhite Button Mushrooms, *
1/4 cupBacon, Finley Crumbled, OR
1/2 cupSour Cream
1 cupMonterey Jack, Shredded
1/4 cupImitation Bacon Bits
1 tspWorcestershire Sauce
GARNISH
1 xSeasoned Bread Crumbs
4 dropHot Sauce
Procedures:
1* the mushrooms should be whole white button mushrooms that have been diced.
2++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++ combine the mushrooms, monterey jack cheese, and bacon.
3Stir in the sour cream, blending well.
4Blend in the worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
5Place the mixture in a 1-quart casserole and top with the bread crumbs.
6Bake at 350 °F.
7For 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
8Place in a chafing dish and serve hot.
9Makes about 2 ?cups of dip.
