Ingredients:
2 cupLowfat or nonfat
-plain yogurt
A strainer and some
-cheesecloth. Or A yogurt
-funnel.
Procedures:
1Line the strainer with the cheesecloth and plop in the yogurt.
2Set the strainer over a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge overnight.
3Use the yogurt cheese in place of sour cream or cream cheese in recipes you"d like to convert from high to low fat.
