Ingredients:
1 medEggplant
1 Egg, hard-boiled
1 Green pepper
1 medOnion
Oil
Vinegar
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Procedures:
1Bake eggplant until soft.
2Grind together the baked eggplant, egg, green pepper and onion.
3Add oil, vinegar and seasonings to taste.
4Chill.
5Serve cold.
