| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 6
| | -Ice cubes | | 1/3
| cup | Milk, homogenized | | 1/2
| cup | Peach juice | | 1/2
| tsp | Rum flavoring |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pot peaches, lemon juice, ice cubes, milk, peach juice and rum flavoring into blender. | | 2 | Blend until ice is gone. | | 3 | Serve immediately. | | 4 | Note: fresh peaches may be used. | | 5 | Add 1 tbsp granulated sugar or to taste. | | 6 | Mock strawberry daiquiri: use fresh strawberries instead of peaches. | | 7 | Add 1 tbsp granulated sugar or to taste. | | 8 | Makes: 2 ?cups including foam |
