Ingredients:
5 Dried Habanero Chiles, Stems
-Removed
2 tbspChopped White Onion
1 lbsFresh Mango, Chopped
3 tbspGolden Raisins
1/8 tspTumeric
1 Fresh Lime Quartered
Procedures:
1Cover the chiles with water in a saucepan.
2Place on the stove, add the onions and simmer until the chiles are softened.
3Add the mango and the raisins, raise the heat, and just before it begins to boil, remove from the heat.
4Place the chile mixture in a blender, add the tumeric, and puree.
5As it is blending, pop the top and squeeze the lime juice into the salsa, being careful not to breathe the fumes.
6Heat scale: hot
