| | Dried Habanero Chiles, Stems | | | -Removed | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped White Onion | | 1
| lbs | Fresh Mango, Chopped | | 3
| tbsp | Golden Raisins | | 1/8
| tsp | Tumeric | | 1
| | Fresh Lime Quartered |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cover the chiles with water in a saucepan. | | 2 | Place on the stove, add the onions and simmer until the chiles are softened. | | 3 | Add the mango and the raisins, raise the heat, and just before it begins to boil, remove from the heat. | | 4 | Place the chile mixture in a blender, add the tumeric, and puree. | | 5 | As it is blending, pop the top and squeeze the lime juice into the salsa, being careful not to breathe the fumes. | | 6 | Heat scale: hot |
