Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | | 10 ea Egg yolks | | 1
| lbs | Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Warm water | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Yeast |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all ingredients and let rise.. | | 2 | When mixture rises, punch down the dough and let rise again. | | 3 | Cut the dough into small portions. | | 4 | Roll each portion, spreading some more butter. | | 5 | Coil the dough and place in greased pan. | | 6 | Let rise. | | 7 | Bake at 350 °F for around 4 minutes. | | 8 | While warm, brush with butter and sprinkle sugar and parmesan cheese. | | 9 | Ensemada recipe |
