Ingredients:
3 medTomatoes
3 To 4 habanero peppers
Onion -- your choice
Oregano -- dash
Salt and pepper as you like
Procedures:
1In saucepan boil tomatoes and peppers.
2Drain water and remove skin from tomatoes.
3Put in blender with remaining ingredients and blend for a minute or until smooth, unless you prefer your salsa chunky.
4Serve with tortilla chips.
5Makes great "juevos rancheros".
6Or make guacamole by adding salsa to a mashed avocado
