Ingredients:

| cup | Dried apricots | | 2
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Granulated sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Ground blanched almonds |

Procedures:
| 1 | : boil the apricots in the water with the sugar for 10 minutes, then cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. | | 2 | Remove from the fire and sieve. | | 3 | Add the almonds and cool. | | 4 | When using, heat the amount desired and spread on toast. | | 5 | Makes 1 c. jeannie allen |
