| slice | Bread, torn up | | 1
| tbsp | Onion, dried minced | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Horseradish, prepared | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper, black | | 1/4
| tsp | Thyme, dried | | 1/2
| tsp | Mustard, dry | | 2
| lbs | Ground beef, lean | | 1/2
| cup | Butter, sweet | | 1/2
| cup | Catsup |

Procedures:
