| tbsp | Pickle relish | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | | Pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Saute onion in fat until tender. | | 2 | Combine rest of ingredients in skillet with onion. | | 3 | Cut hotdogs 3 or 4 times but not all the way through (about a fourth of the way). | | 4 | Place in sauce and simmer until plump and hot. |
