| cup | Catsup | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1/4

| tbsp | Prepared mustard | | 8
| | Hamburger buns, split/toasted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook and stir meat, onion and celery in large skillet until meat is brown. | | 2 | drain off fat. | | 3 | Stir in cabbage, green pepper, catsup, water, salt and mustard; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. | | 4 | Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 25 minutes. | | 5 | Spoon mixture onto bottom halves of buns; top with remaining halves. |
