Ingredients:

| cup | Dried Chopped Onion | | 1 1/2
| lbs | Ground beef | | 3/4
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley sprigs | | 1/2
| tbsp | Pepper | | 1
| can | Tomato sauce, 8 oz. | | 1
| each | Egg | | 1
| each | Carrot | | 3
| tbsp | A1 Sauce | | 1/2
| tbsp | Dried Oregano | | | TOPPING | | 1/2
| can | Tomato paste (3 oz) |

Procedures:
| 1 | In food processor, shred carrot. | | 2 | Add remaining ingredients except for the tomato paste. | | 3 | Process until blended. | | 4 | Invert a 6 oz custard cup in center of a 9" glass pie plate. | | 5 | Shape mixture into a ring around cup. | | 6 | Spread the tomato paste over the top of the meat loaf. | | 7 | Cook in microwave on high 15 minutes or until juices run clear. | | 8 | Pour off any fat from dish before slicing |
