Ingredients:

| cup | Cold water | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/2
| cup | Onion -- chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Celery -- chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Dill pickles -- chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Prepared mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Celery seed | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | | Pickle juice |

Procedures:
