Ingredients:
1/2 lbsButter
2 cupOnions, chopped
1/2 cupBell Pepper, chopped
3/4 cupCelery, chopped
1/4 cupGreen onions, chopped
3 cupEvaporated milk
1 lbsVelveeta cheese, cubed
1 cupWater
3 lbsShrimp, cook, grind
1 lbsCrabmeat, white or claw
1 tspSalt
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspGranulated garlic
1/2 tspCayenne
12 Pistolettes*
Procedures:
1*pistolettes are small football-shaped crusty rolls that are the brown and serve kind.
2They recommended using earth grain.
3Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and shallots in butter until translucent.
4Add milk, velveeta, water, shrimp, crabmeat and seasonings.
5Cook on low just until heated through.
6In semi-deep fat, fry pistolettes until they are browned.
7While still hot, holding them in a pot holder, make a slit in the end and stuff with seafood mixture.
8Eat immediately.
